Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This page describes, in plain terms, how Forecourt 360 and Denx Technologies handle information collected through this website and the product itself. A more detailed policy will be published as the platform's data-processing arrangements are finalised for external customers.

Information we collect

Through this website, we collect what you submit directly — name, company, work email, phone number, and any message content — when you request a demo or a company workspace. Within the product itself, each company's operational data (stations, sales, staff records, and similar) is collected and stored to run that company's own workspace.

How company data is kept separate

Each company workspace is isolated from every other company using Forecourt 360. Records from one company are not visible to another.

Who can see your information

Website form submissions are reviewed by Denx Technologies staff to respond to your request. Within a company's own workspace, access follows that company's user roles and permissions.
