Forecourt 360 is operated by Denx Technologies. These terms cover use of this website and, once a company workspace is provisioned, use of the Forecourt 360 platform itself. A full commercial agreement is put in place directly with each company at the point their workspace is set up.
This site is provided to explain Forecourt 360 and to collect demo and workspace requests. Submitting a request does not, by itself, create an account or a company workspace — every request is reviewed before anything is provisioned.
Each company's workspace, data, and users are specific to that company. Custom domains are only activated after Denx Technologies has verified ownership.
These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
